Sarah & JR's mini session

Sarah, JR and I headed down to the beautiful Lanikai beach for a mini photo session.  I loved shooting this couple!  JR tried to pull the "I don't like taking photos" card, but he and Sarah were so natural together... their beautiful love for each other was so evident.  And they knew how to have fun, tickling and wrestling the whole time (Sarah always won, as a side note :)).  Thanks guys, for bidding on this session at the auction to benefit Courage House Hawaii (click here for more information on this amazing organization).  Your generosity has blessed many, including me!

Erin + Josh

I am so happy to share with you photos from the wedding of my family's dear friends, Erin and Josh Copeland.  They were married on a wonderfully wet day, in the Ozarks, Missouri (and in the middle of a drought, no less!).  Though their original plans were to be married in a open field, and to follow the ceremony with a lavish picnic, no amount of rain clouds could steal their joy and excitement to be wed.  It was such a joy to witness friends and family all lend a hand to move the wedding indoors to a cute little church down the street.  Everyone's love for the couple was so evident.  Thank you Josh and Erin, for flying us all the way to Missouri to be a small part of your special day!
