Pua + Ike

This past weekend we had the privileged of shooting Pua and Ike's fun Waikiki wedding!  Their ceremony was held in front of the Oceanarium's beautiful aquarium tank, which made for quite the fun backdrop.  The reception unfolded in the Pacific Beach Hotel's grand ballroom, and was complete with a Hula Halau and special performances from Pua's family.  Congratulations guys; your big day was perfect!

Leilani & Christopher's maternity session

This past weekend I had so much fun with Leilani and Christopher at their maternity session.  They are expecting their first, a girl, very soon!  I love that they were totally up to hiking down a steep trail to get to this beautiful cove near the Holona Blowhole.  The view was just gorgeous, and so worth the hike.  Congratulations Leilani and Christopher… I am so excited for you journey into parenthood!

The Pyrek Family

The Pyrek family and I headed down to Waimanalo beach for a fun family session!  The overcast day made for some beautiful diffused light and a perfect cool temperature.  Thanks guys, for a fun afternoon!

Laura + Mikey

On the last day of 2013, Laura and Mikey had a beautiful and serene morning wedding at the Queen Emma Summer Palace on the Pali Hwy.  Even their color theme of peach and aqua added a sense of peace and calmness to the happy event.  Congratulations, guys!

The Jensen Family

Just before Christmas, I had the privilege of taking family photos for my cousins, the Jensen's!  I love their growing family, and had so much fun with them at Kailua beach, and then the park by Kawainui marsh.  Merry Christmas, and I am so glad we got to spend this time together during the holidays!

The Hepburn Family

This week I got to hang out at Lanikai beach with old family friends, Kim, Mark, David and Holly Hepburn, and Ashley and Dave Pierce!  We got up extra early to catch the sunrise, and it was SO worth it!  The colors were just beautiful.  Each sunrise I see over Lanikai reminds me just how creative God is, and thank Him for the gift of the beauty of nature.  Thanks guys, for the great session!

The Brandt Family

This year I had the privilege to shoot the Brandt family's portrait once again.  It has been so much fun to take their family photos throughout the past few years and see their kids grow up to young adults. Merry Christmas to my favorite Kaneohe family!

Marissa & Fred's engagement

This past week I headed up to the North Shore to meet up with Marissa and Fred at a secluded beach for their engagement session.  We had so much fun exploring the beach, and even getting a few shots of them doing one of their favorite activities.. paddle boarding!  Congratulations guys, and I can't wait to shoot your wedding next year!

The Rollo Family

This past week I got to hang out with the Rollo family at the beautiful Ho'omaluhia Gardens in Kaneohe.  The are expecting their third child soon, and their love between all of them and this new little one the way was so evident!  Congratulations guys; you have a beautiful family!

Katy and Brett, reunited!

The week I had the privilege of taking photos of Brett's homecoming after being deployed for over 7 months.  I was so happy to be able to document these special moments for Katy and Brett, and am so glad they are reunited!  Welcome home, and a job well done!
