Katie + Jose

This past week, Katie and Jose were married in a beautiful and private ceremony on the beach at Ko'olina, surrounded by just their parents, who were as happy and as proud as can be!  The sunset was spectacular that evening, and was a perfect ending to their special day.  Congratulations Katie and Jose, and thank you for having me be a small part of your big day!

The L'Heureux Family

Last week I was so excited to be able to meet up with past wedding clients of mine for a family portrait session (you can take a peek at highlights from Delia and Jason's Moli'i Gardens wedding here).  We met up with them and their family at Ho'omaluhia Gardens, and took advantage of the beautiful diffused light from the overcast afternoon.  Thanks guys for the reunion and the fun afternoon!

Stefanie and Roger's maternity session!

This week I got to hang out with Stefanie and Roger at the Halona Blowhole Cove for a gorgeous afternoon of shooting!  They are expecting their first baby next month, and Stefanie is beautiful in all her mama-to-be glory!  I am so excited for you guys as you start this adventure called parenthood!

Kirsten + Jonathan

Kirsten and Jonathan had a destination wedding here in Hawaii, and were married at a beautiful and secluded beach at Ko'olina, surrounded by their closest family and friends.  They had such a touching ceremony that honored their beautiful children as well, and celebrated the coming together of their new family.  Congratulations guys, and thank you for having us be apart of your special day.

Dana + Bobby

Last weekend we had the privilege of shooting Dana and Bobby's BEAUTIFUL wedding at the Laniakea YWCA in downtown Honolulu.  We began the day by exploring the historic downtown area, and got some great shots.  Next, the ceremony was held in the courtyard of the Laniakea; I am always blown away by the beauty of this venue!  The reception party unfolded right in the same location, after a magical transformation during cocktail hour.  What a night!  Congratulations guys, on your classy and memorial event!

Tanya + Scott

Tanya and Scott were married at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Kaneohe, and followed their ceremony  with a reception at Scott's lovely family home in Ka'a'awa.  The party was decorated with beautiful little origami statuettes, lit from the inside, and hand created by Scott himself.  The lighting effect it made was magical!  Congratulations guys, on your much anticipated wedding… we are so happy for you!

Amy + Kenji

I am so excited to share some highlights from Amy and Kenji's gorgeous tropical garden wedding at Haiku Gardens!  This sweet couple was married in the morning, and then had a yummy lunch reception that followed right next door at Haleiwa Joe's restaurant.  Congratulations guys, and thanks for having us be a part of your special day!

Barkley + Justin

This past week, I got to hang out with Barkley and Justin in Honolulu for an engagement session!  We started at the Nu'uanu Valley Park off of the Pali, and ended our evening at the Iolani Palace and the beautiful post office across the street.  The Architecture was so dramatic, and the sunlight was perfect! Thanks guys for a fun evening, and congratulations on your engagement!

Niki + Johnny

This past week, we got to party it up at Niki and Johnny's vibrant wedding at the Ko'olau Ballrooms!   It was a very rainy day on the Windward side, but that didn't slow them down.  This couple and their wedding party knew how to have some fun!  Thanks for a great day guys, and congratulations on your beautiful wedding!

Cassandra's Maternity Session

This past weekend I got to hang out with the Aquino family at Ko'olina Beach for a fun maternity session.  Cassandra is just glowing with excitement, and you can tell her family is too.  Congratulations guys; I can't wait to meet baby girl at her newborn session soon!
